Administratively, the Deposit is located on the territory of the Altai region, the Republic of Khakassia, – the 26th kilometer of the highway R Abakan-Sayanogorsk.

The closest industrial centers are the cities of Abakan (22 km) and Sayanogorsk (56 km) connected by a paved road R, which passes to the East (3 km) from the incision. The nearest village Bely Yar - located 6 km to the South.

Design production capacity, which is planned to be released at the expiration of the next four years – 1.5 million tons of coal of mark "D" in a year.

Incision Beloyarsky - is under construction coal-mining enterprises.

August 14, 2014, the first cubic meter of overburden, and in December 2014, after 100 days, marked the production of the first ton of coal.

The future plans section of the Department to increase the volume of coal produced at the expense of developing new sites.
